Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior AOP Print Developer to lead complex all-over-print development from concept to commercialization. You will translate creative intent into manufacturable, cost-effective executions across materials and supplier capabilities, while managing risk and driving digital workflows.

Collaboration with Design, Product Management, PCC, Sourcing and Quality is essential. The role emphasizes strong knowledge of print quality, color, durability, hand feel, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, Apparel, Graphic Design, Print Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant apparel print development, textile development, graphic execution or related experience.
• Strong understanding of screen print, sublimation, digital print, rotary print and other techniques.
• Experience with apparel manufacturing partners and print suppliers, including testing and production scale-up.
• Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AOP development from concept through commercialization.
• Translate artwork and creative intent into scalable, cost-effective print solutions.
• Assess supplier capability, manage risks, and track Buy Ready progress.
• Provide technical consultation on artwork adaptation, print placement and material compatibility.
• Review strike-offs, testing results and approval recommendations; ensure print quality.
• Maintain development packages, trackers and stakeholder reporting with dashboards.
• Drive digital print workflows and mentor teammates as a print-development SME.
