SMC Manufacturing (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of Operators and Machinists in a CNC machining environment. You will organize daily production, ensure quality, and drive improvements to meet customer deliveries.

In this role, you will implement PDCA for your section, prepare regular reports, and participate in meetings. The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervisory experience in a machine shop, strong technical sense, and good communication skills.

Qualificações

• 5 years working experience in supervisory level in Machine Shop Environment.
• Passion in CNC machining technology.
• Good Technical Sense.
• Good Working Knowledge of CNC Machine Operation & Programming.
• Good Knowledge of Fixture Design is an added advantage.
• Reasonable skill level in Computers (Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Organise and Manage a team of Operator and Machinist to achieve daily production targets and quality.
• Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) for the Section's Operations.
• Prepare reports and participate in meetings.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining delivery schedules.
