Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production, plan capacity and optimize machines to meet customer requirements.

You will lead a production team, maintain a safe, organized 6S work environment and drive improvements. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field, at least 5 years in production/ops in manufacturing with 3 years in supervision, and hands-on experience in CNC machining, welding and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
• At least 5 years in production/operations in manufacturing with 3 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in CNC machining and Welding Process.
• Experience in GD&T is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
• Lead and motivate the production team to meet schedules supporting customer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment by 6S standards.
• Oversee consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, TPM and OEE.
• Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Conduct routine cell and toolbox meetings.
• Maintain a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote positive morale.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production/quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for production efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
• Update ERP system (Syteline) accurately.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
