Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service teams in CNC machine tools.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control systems.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT and customer handovers.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Customer relationship management and service contract renewals.
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership of a field service team of engineers and technicians.
• Plan resource deployment and schedules to meet SLAs.
• Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and skills development for junior staff.
• Act as escalation point for complex machine tool issues.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and CNC systems.
• Provide RCA reports and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end machine installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT and customer handovers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and spare parts.
• Maintain safety and compliance with WSH and LOTO.
• Support service contracts and identify upsell opportunities.
