Job summary

FALCON AUTOMATION AND INTEGRATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a competent CNC Service Technician to service CNC machinery in oil and gas, aerospace, and related industries. The role requires careful, precise work and adherence to safety guidelines.

You will inspect and service machines, read drawings, and perform dismantling/assembly, with proficiency in AutoCAD and PLC basics. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as CNC technician
• Able to service CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Dismantling and assembling CNC machines
• Inspect parts in machines
• Design machine elements
• Reconditioning CNC machines
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machines
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical documents and drawings
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD and PLC programming

Responsibilities

• Service CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and related tasks
• Dismantle and reassemble CNC machines
• Inspect machine parts and ensure quality
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and documents
• Dismantle/assemble machine components
• Troubleshoot faults and perform maintenance
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Travel may be required basis project requirements
