Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• Master's degree and 1+ year of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own and sustain CMP processes to meet yield, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop and optimize CMP processes for robust manufacturing performance.
• Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and process capability enhancement.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis using data-driven methodologies.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve process issues promptly.
• Execute process qualification, characterization, and DOE activities.
• Lead tool qualification, process release, and technology transfer projects.
• Drive productivity, capacity, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs (yield, Cpk, defectivity, OEE, throughput).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global sites.
• Lead technical projects and ensure on-time milestone delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and change management requirements.
