Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior/Executive/Software Engineer for Traffic & Road IT to lead cloud-based software development with a focus on AI-driven applications and agile delivery. You will guide technical teams, define requirements, and ensure secure, scalable architectures.

You will also oversee lifecycle activities from feasibility studies to documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet system performance specs and user needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in software development, AI/ML solutions, or process design thinking.
• Proficiency in full-stack development spanning frontend, backend, and databases, with strong fundamentals in OOP, REST APIs, SQL design, debugging, and architecture, Agile and DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cloud-based software solutions with AI integration and agile delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure cloud applications and enforce cybersecurity standards.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from feasibility to installation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture strategies, and manage cross-functional teams.
