Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Senior Technical / Technical Manager, Cloud & Software Engineering to provide technical leadership in designing, developing and implementing secure, scalable digital solutions. You will guide architecture reviews, mentor engineers and contribute hands-on across development, DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software development, DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud/infrastructure engineering or solution architecture.
• Broad technical knowledge across software development, DevOps and infrastructure/cloud engineering, with deeper expertise in one or more areas.
• Hands-on capability and willingness to contribute to implementation, including development, automation, infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development and implementation of secure and scalable digital solutions.
• Offer hands-on implementation across software development, DevSecOps and cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Review solution architecture and engineering approaches to ensure security, reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers across different technical disciplines and drive engineering improvements.
