Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for a Senior Technical/Technical Manager, Cloud & Software Engineering. You will lead design, development and deployment of secure, scalable digital solutions, guiding architecture reviews and hands-on work across software, DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers and drive improvements while collaborating with stakeholders to uphold standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Background in IT/CS/Engineering.
Experience in software development, DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud/infrastructure engineering or solution architecture.
Hands-on capability with implementation, automation, infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AWS, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, containers and APIs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in the design, development and implementation of secure and scalable digital solutions.
Review solution architecture and engineering approaches to ensure reliability, security and maintainability.
Mentor engineers across different technical disciplines and drive engineering improvements.
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical standards and best practices.
