Job summary

Nodeworthy is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to own and strengthen security across cloud, DevOps, SRE, backend and frontend systems. You will investigate incidents, implement fixes, and drive secure-by-default practices in production, CI/CD and infrastructure.

This role requires hands-on expertise in cloud security (GCP), Kubernetes, IAM and secrets management, plus strong backend coding skills. You will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and product teams to reduce risk and accelerate secure

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infra and production systems.
• Strong security mindset with cloud, container and network security expertise.
• Proficient in securing CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Experience in incident response and post-incident analysis.
• Backend engineering capability with at least one modern language.

Responsibilities

• Own security monitoring, logging, detection and alerting across infra and apps.
• Lead incident containment, remediation and root cause analysis.
• Secure cloud environments (GCP) and enforce least-privilege access.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and software supply chain security.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and engineering teams to bake security into architecture.
