Job summary

Sisal is seeking a Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design professional in Singapore to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs. You will contribute to architecture decisions, focusing on Node.js microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns with Google Pub/Sub, while ensuring governance via Apigee.

You will also develop, test, and deploy code, support CI/CD pipelines, and produce comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL Foundation preferred.
3–8 years of progressive IT experience with a focus in business analysis or solution analysis.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and designs.
Propose cloud-native solutions using Node.js microservices, APIs, and event-driven Google Pub/Sub architecture.
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code and integrations per approved designs.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform) for cloud deployments.
Participate in peer code reviews, assist QA, and support UAT with stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configs, and SOPs.
