Job summary

Mediacorp is seeking an experienced Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer to operate and support a multi-cloud and on‑premises environment in Singapore. The role focuses on reliability, automation, and security across AWS, Azure and GCP, with Terraform-based IaC and automation driven by CI/CD pipelines.

You will provide L2/L3 engineering, drive infrastructure improvements, and collaborate with security, platform, and application teams to ensure scalable, compliant services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure/cloud operations or systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience, modules, state, CI/CD integration.
• Linux and Windows production administration, patching, upgrades, remediation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Linux and Windows environments, incl. troubleshooting and incident response.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle: patching, upgrades, backups, recovery, health checks.
• Design, build and maintain IaC using Terraform; create reusable modules.
• Integrate provisioning with CI/CD pipelines to improve consistency and auditability.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and risk; enhance observability and dashboards.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical platforms and services.
