Job summary

SERVPRO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to own the design and technical direction of cloud platforms in Singapore.

You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures, set engineering standards, and act as the senior authority on cloud design decisions. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in infrastructure or cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a design/architecture-facing role, and can lead through whiteboard sessions and hands-on

Qualifications

5–8 years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience.
At least 2 years in a design or architecture-facing role.
Experience translating business/application requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for cloud workloads across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Design landing zones, account/subscription structures, and network topologies for multi-environment and multi-tenant needs.
Produce architecture artefacts and obtain internal and client reviews.
Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards (e.g Terraform).
Set the technical direction for CI/CD, release, and environment promotion strategies.
Design security architecture: IAM, encryption, key management, logging/audit coverage.
Architect resilience: availability targets, RTO/RPO, backups, DR designs, testing.
Architect containerised workloads on Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster topology and networking.
Escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and root cause analysis.
Partner with software engineering, DevOps, security, and stakeholders to align architecture with delivery timelines and compliance.
Evaluate new cloud services, run proofs of concept, and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.
Mentor cloud and DevOps engineers, conduct design/code reviews, raise architectural maturity.
Support pre-sales and solutioning with write-ups, estimation, and technical presentations.
