Job summary

A Singapore-based global pharmaceutical and healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Specialist to manage and coordinate clinical trials from planning to completion.

As the main point of contact among clinical research teams, sponsors, investigators and external stakeholders, you will ensure trials comply with GCP and regulatory requirements while maintaining efficient study execution and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Science or a Health-related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Experience in clinical trial coordination and study management.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial activities from study planning through to close-out.
• Coordinate with sponsors, investigators and clinical research teams for study execution.
• Review study-related documents including protocols and consent forms.
• Coordinate IRB/ERB submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and deliverables with sponsors and internal teams.
• Coordinate site initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
