Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant clinical psychology experience in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated competency in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy for inpatients and outpatients.
• Conduct comprehensive psychometric assessments with advanced interpretation and clinical recommendations.
• Attend to medico-legal and forensic cases with documentation and expert opinion.
• Maintain standards of care and clinical competency outcomes.
• Participate in clinical practice improvement or quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to care effectiveness through documentation and outcome monitoring.
• Assist in hospital peer support programs and educate staff and students.
