Job summary

Nestlé, the world’s largest Food & Beverage company, seeks a Clinical Project Manager in Jurong, Singapore. You will manage the operational phase of clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery of quality data while complying with ICH GCP and internal SOPs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate budgets and contracts, and ensure subject protection. GCP certification and 4–5 years in clinical PM in Food/Pharma/CRO are required.

Qualifications

• GCP Certified is a must-have qualification for this role.
• Minimum of 4-5 years clinical project management experience in Food/Pharma/CRO industry.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to protocol outline and budget development, assess site and staff suitability, and secure stakeholder agreement on assessment outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate activities to operationalise the study protocol, delivering the clinical trial statistical report within baseline timelines.
• Conduct operational activities per SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines to ensure data quality.
• Track and manage study contracts and input into financial systems to deliver the study within budget; report budget status to the Project Manager.
• Prepare, review and quality-control essential study documents and maintain the Trial Master File for regulatory inspections.
• Ensure trial subject protection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of working processes.
