Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore seeks a Senior AVP: Implementation lead managing a portfolio of corporate and financial institution clients. You will coordinate Sales, Product Management, Client Service, Operations, Technology and Compliance to ensure on‑time delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will drive end‑to-end delivery from initiation to handover, chair working sessions, and mentor junior colleagues while maintaining strong governance and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional implementations.
• Strong project governance, risk and issue management.
• Excellent client management and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex implementation projects (account opening, cash management, electronic banking).
• Translate customer solutions into detailed implementation plans with milestones and responsibilities.
• Chair sessions and provide concise updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as principal client contact during implementation, manage expectations and readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve blockers and escalate where needed.
• Monitor portfolio against service levels and readiness criteria, taking corrective action.
• Provide implementation expertise to Sales and Transaction Banking teams on electronic banking products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, KYC and regulatory requirements with proper documentation.
• Identify pain points and drive process improvements for faster delivery.
• Contribute to standards, playbooks and knowledge sharing within the team.
