Job summary

primech a & p pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team delivering cleaning services across sites. You will develop and implement SOPs, ensure safety and compliance, and optimize staffing and resources to meet high standards.

The role focuses on client satisfaction, service expansion with existing customers, and collaboration with business development to grow the portfolio while monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field, preferably operations or facilities management.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in cleaning or facility management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license and own vehicle advantageous.
• Willing to work weekends and odd hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of cleaning projects and manage a team to meet high standards.
• Develop, implement and review SOPs for all sites.
• Address staffing issues and ensure safety training and conduct.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business development to expand services.
• Optimize resource allocation and control labor costs.
• Continuously assess workflows to improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational, customer satisfaction, and financial reports for senior management.
• Utilize technology systems to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communication.
