Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Civil and Structural Resident Engineer to support site supervision in Jurong, Singapore. You will monitor contractor progress, ensure quality, and enforce compliance with all regulations and project specifications.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural engineering degree, be registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES, and bring at least 10 years of site supervision experience, including marine/infrastructure exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 10 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Marine and infrastructure project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors’ schedules, day works and site progress.
• Supervise construction and related works; maintain quality control.
• Ensure works comply with Building Control Act, codes and authorities.
• Check drawings and shop drawings; report discrepancies to project team.
