Job summary

GS Engineering & Construction Corp in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large civil and structural projects, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget and meeting quality standards. You will coordinate across project teams, contractors and stakeholders to develop and manage comprehensive plans, schedules and resources.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least five years in civil/structural project coordination and management.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in civil/structural engineering with project coordination.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
Strong budgeting, scheduling and resource management skills.
High attention to detail and compliance with technical docs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large civil and structural projects to time, budget and quality.
Oversee coordination between project teams, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
Develop, implement and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for materials, equipment and labor.
Ensure resources are available and used efficiently to meet goals.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain permits and approvals.
