Job summary

rs recruitment agency llp is seeking a senior Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of project experience to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising the project team, managing budgets, and ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications.

You will oversee projects from conception to handover, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience on relevant projects
• Good leadership, project management and budget management skills
• Experience in LTA projects

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the project team to complete works within budget and schedule per company plans and specs
• Oversee project from concept to completion, including handover to clients
• Manage communications and negotiations with clients, architects, engineers and contractors across design to construction
• Identify and lead the project team to resolve site issues
• Set and adjust priorities to meet the company’s strategic goals and drive progress proactively
• Provide regular updates, reports and analysis to management
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
