Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Singapore is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Lead Engineer to guide the design and delivery of complex semiconductor fabrication plants, cleanrooms, and related facilities. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage structural integrity for vibration-sensitive equipment and advanced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of civil/structural engineering experience.
• Experience leading civil and structural design for semiconductor/industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in RC and steel structures and foundations.
• Experience with vibration-sensitive facilities and heavy equipment foundations.
• Experience in multidisciplinary EPCM/EPC project environments.
• Proficient in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BIM and Revit; coordination tools.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of civil/structural solutions for complex facilities.
• Develop design criteria, calculation packages, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with Process, Architectural, Mechanical, HVAC, and Electrical teams.
• Perform structural analysis, seismic assessments, and foundation design.
• Ensure designs accommodate vibration-sensitive equipment and cleanroom needs.
• Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and vendor documentation.
• Support procurement with technical bid evaluations and vendor assessments.
• Provide construction phase engineering support and commissioning input.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering quality across the team.
