Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in Singapore seeks an accomplished Lead Architect to drive architectural design for semiconductor, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing facilities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, integrate process and utility needs, and ensure compliance with building and life-safety codes.
The role requires 15+ years in architectural delivery, strong leadership, and proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD. International remote work options exist, with a 1-year fixed-term contract and hybrid/onsite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture and professional registration preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Proven experience leading semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech facility projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design packages for semiconductor, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, layouts and design standards.
- Coordinate with Process, HVAC, Mechanical, Civil & Structural, and Electrical disciplines for integrated delivery.
- Lead design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination workshops.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules and technical design reports.
- Review cleanroom layouts and zoning for compliance with client and industry requirements.
- Support planning submissions, approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage interfaces with equipment vendors, contractors and consultants.
- Mentor and guidance to junior architects and designers.
