Job summary

Thymn Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer to lead civil/structural design and project delivery from concept through construction. You will manage design development, tendering, and on-site supervision to ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAFE, ETABS, Orion, TSD, and CoreNet submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with PE consideration.
• 5-7 years in civil/structural design and project supervision.
• Experience in building, underground, industrial, or infrastructure design.
• Strong knowledge of local codes and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAFE, ETABS, Orion, and TSD.
• Familiar with CoreNet submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and align with stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee design development from concept to detailed designs.
• Lead tender evaluation, cost estimates, and contract alignment.
• Supervise contractors, ensure testing, commissioning, and handovers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and design checkers.
