Job summary

Senior Civil/Architectural Lead is sought to guide Architecture and Civil disciplines on a Jurong Expansion Project. You will lead technical decisions through design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness to ensure safe, compliant facility delivery.

Candidates should bring extensive experience in industrial/high-tech facilities, strong collaboration with EPC teams, and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, BIM tools, and design-for-safety principles to enable future

Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, semiconductor, or high-tech facility projects.
Proven track record in design review, project execution, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for Architecture and Civil disciplines across the project lifecycle.
Define design requirements for site planning, building layouts, structural systems, and utilities.
Review design deliverables, RFIs, and proposed design changes.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors for integrated delivery.
Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with codes and CORENET X where applicable.
Ensure alignment across design, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up activities.
