Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore is seeking an Engineer (Civil & Structural) to provide competent civil and structural engineering support on projects of limited to moderate complexity, under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role spans the full project lifecycle, including design development, authority submissions, and site support, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and maintain engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 3 years of relevant civil/structural design experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with design development, documentation, authority submissions and site support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design delivery for buildings and civil/structural works.
• Carry out preliminary to detailed design and load calculations.
• Prepare design deliverables: calculations, reports, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and authorities.
• Support QA/QC processes and submissions; assist as checker where appropriate.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in analyses and documentation.
