Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking Senior Civil/Structural Design Engineers to join a leading A1 main contractor on a landmark Singapore project. The role covers structural analysis, design, and coordination across engineers and consultants to ensure compliant and efficient design delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil or Structural Engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Senior applicants with more experience will be considered for the senior level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, design coordination or project management.
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior level position.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis, design calculations, and preparation of engineering drawings for building and infrastructure projects.
• Review design submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and relevant design codes.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Provide design support during project planning, construction, and execution stages.
• Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
• Conduct value engineering and design optimisation to enhance constructability and cost efficiency.
• Support site teams on design-related matters and ensure timely resolution of engineering challenges.
