Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in civil/structural engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules and work plans using project management software.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
Analyse project data and provide regular progress reports to management.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise construction methods and schedules.
Implement and monitor quality control and safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior members of the project team.
