Job summary

Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor for erection activities on civil projects.

The role requires coordinating with sub-contractors and operation teams to ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and has at least five years in construction, including two years in supervising bridge, viaduct, or road projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in construction, including 2 years in supervision for bridge/viaduct/roads projects (Road / LRT / MRT / Viaduct).
Technically expert and highly knowledgeable in erection of heavy structures.
Candidates with prior experience in LTA Projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day erection activities on site.
Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams.
Perform routine checks and inspections on site to ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements.
Address to concerned party regarding the safety of any erection operations.
Provide reports to construction team regularly.
Liaise closely with HSE team to ensure operations comply with safety standards.
