Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Civil/Construction professional for an on-site role at a Toa Payoh project in Singapore.

You will review drawings, plan traffic diversion and manage roadworks & infrastructure coordination with authorities. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, experience with authority submissions to LTA, PUB or BCA, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities (LTA, PUB, BCA, etc.).
• Familiar with traffic control plan/traffic management plan preparation and submission.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Traffic diversion planning and traffic management, including roadworks and infrastructure development.
• Stakeholder coordination with authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress monitoring; report findings to management.
• Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
