The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (Traffic & Authority Submission) to work on a Toa Payoh site.

The role requires reviewing drawings, planning traffic diversions, and coordinating with LTA, PUB, BCA and other authorities. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:15pm, on-site work with a competitive salary and bonus structure. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering qualification and hands-on experience with authority submissions and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in authority submission and coordination with relevant government authorities such as LTA, PUB, BCA, etc.
• Familiar with traffic control plan / traffic management plan preparation and submission.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and preparation.

Responsabilités

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Traffic diversion planning and traffic management, Roadworks & Infrastructure Development
• Stakeholder Coordination with Authorities
• Assist in construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress monitoring; report findings to management.
• Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
• Experience in authority submission is required
