Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Senior Civil Engineer (Traffic & Authority Submission) to join the Toa Payoh site project. The role focuses on coordinating with authorities and preparing traffic submissions.

You will review design drawings, plan traffic diversions and work with LTA/PUB/BCA and other agencies. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:15pm, on-site with occasional site inspections. Salary ranges SGD 5,000–7,000 monthly plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Experience with authority submission and coordination with government agencies (LTA/PUB/BCA).
• Familiar with traffic control and traffic management plan preparation and submission.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing review and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Traffic diversion planning and traffic management, roadworks and infrastructure development.
• Stakeholder coordination with authorities.
• Assist in construction sequencing, method statements and temporary works planning.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and progress monitoring; report findings to management.
• Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship and variation claims.
