You will oversee project execution, manage scheduling and cost control, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure ISO and WSH compliance while delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of project authorities and submission requirements in Singapore.
• Experience with LTA, PUB and other government projects.
• Lead and oversee project execution, monitor site progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Project planning and project management.
• Ensure safety regulations and WSH Act compliance at all times.
• Cost control and project budget scheduling.
• Implement ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 document procedures and requirements.
• Report to senior management on project performance within schedule, cost and quality.
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; provide guidance and supervision.
