Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. invites an experienced network architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation network transformation solutions.

You will work with cloud, security, and application teams to align infrastructure with business goals and ensure resilient, scalable hybrid/multicloud environments. The role requires deep Cisco ACI knowledge, VXLAN/EVPN expertise, and hands-on automation using Ansible and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in networking or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in core network technologies with at least 5 years in Cisco ACI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and policy-based networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering, and execution of next-generation network transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and application stakeholders to align network infrastructure with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership in building resilient, scalable hybrid/multicloud network environments.
• Architect and deploy Cisco ACI infrastructure across active-active datacenters.
• Integrate ACI with hybrid cloud and multicloud environments for seamless connectivity and performance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ACI fabric components.
• Collaborate with vendors and Cisco TAC to resolve incidents and escalations.
• Develop and implement policy-driven network architectures using Cisco ACI's capabilities.
• Utilize automation tools (Ansible, Python) to streamline network operations and ensure efficiency.
• Ensure network policies align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, policy documentation, and procedures.
• Provide SME-level guidance and mentor junior engineers.
