Qualifications

• Design visually engaging consumer-facing chat features.
• Show ownership, initiative, curiosity, and continuous craft improvement.
• Experience designing chat, social, or user-to-user interactions.
• Demonstrate deep visual UI design expertise with pixel-perfect execution.
• Bring innovative ideas and solve design problems clearly.
• Apply critical thinking across micro-interactions and holistic journeys.
• Hold three-plus years shipping end-to-end design in cross-functional tech teams.
• Communicate clearly and advocate design decisions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive experience innovation on socially-driven, interaction-heavy chat features boosting adoption and engagement.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end user-centered solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership on design vision.
• Elevate design quality through Design Reviews, presentations, and design thinking workshops.
