Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes at the Centre.
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ attendance and follow up with family members when required.
• Ensure caregivers accompanying client comply with centre guidelines and infection control practices.
• Coordinate client transport schedules with the operations team.
• Supervise and support activities and programmes for clients at the Centre.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
