Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Ltd is seeking a Programme Executive for our Nursing Home to curate and implement structured, person-centred activities addressing physical, social, cognitive and emotional needs of residents. You will enable residents to live life to the fullest within the home setting.

You will develop a calendar of programmes, work with care partners, and monitor outcomes to continually improve engagement and quality of life for seniors in our facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in healthcare related disciplines.
• Strong passion to work with seniors in the Nursing Home.
• Collaborate effectively in a multi disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident in implementing group activities for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Curate and plan meaningful activities tailored to residents' needs and abilities.
• Facilitate activity engagement and participation with residents.
• Collaborate with care partners to integrate engagement into daily routines.
• Create activity guides and resource kits for the care team.
• Develop a comprehensive calendar of programmes including cognitive and physical activities.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness with Centre Director.
• Implement programme adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
• Support engagement with community groups and volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, onboarding and appreciation.
