Unknown Client in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Transaction Manager to join its Capital Markets team, overseeing complex debt capital markets, structured finance and loan transactions from inception to administration. You will work with issuers, lenders, legal advisors and internal stakeholders, delivering technical guidance on documentation and deal mechanics.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in capital markets or related banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance, loan transactions, debt capital markets and trusteeship.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting complex transaction and legal documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Chinese language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and ongoing administration of complex capital markets, structured finance and loan transactions.
• Review, negotiate and interpret transaction documentation to align terms with roles and services.
• Assess structures for risks and escalate issues where needed.
• Provide practical input on transaction mechanics and execution requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, closing deliverables and conditions precedent/subsequent.
