Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a senior financing professional to lead debt facility execution, lender engagement, and refinancing across regional markets. You will develop models to assess capital structures, debt capacity, and project returns while negotiating credit documents with lenders and legal advisors.

You will also manage loan portfolio operations, covenant monitoring, and liquidity forecasting, guiding hedging and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or quantitative discipline.
• CFA qualification viewed favourably.
• Strong track record in corporate banking, project finance or infrastructure treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of debt facility execution, lender engagement, and refinancing initiatives across key regional markets.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital structures, debt capacity, project returns, and coverage ratios.
• Review and negotiate credit documentation, security structures, and term sheets with external legal advisors and business leaders.
• Manage loan portfolio operations, covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, and facility drawdowns.
• Oversee regional treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, and hedging strategies.
• Deliver strategic analytical reports and treasury recommendations to exec management and board.

Recognized degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline, with professional qualifications such as CFA viewed favorably.

Strong track record in corporate banking, project finance, debt advisory, or infrastructure treasury operations.

Advanced capabilities in financial modeling with specialized expertise in debt sizing, waterfall models, and coverage metrics.

Comprehensive understanding of credit documentation, loan covenants, and regional financing mechanics.
