Job summary

Luxaviation Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer to lead the CAMO team, plan maintenance, and ensure compliance with global aviation regulations. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to safety in a 24/7 aviation environment.

You will coordinate day-to-day maintenance scheduling for the Singapore fleet and support the Malaysian fleet when required, reporting to a Sydney-based manager. Singapore working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Technical Services Engineer.
• Previous experience in corporate aviation is essential.
• Detailed knowledge of FAA, Bermuda, IOMAR and SMAR regulations.
• Aviation safety commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Adaptable, self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
• Requires valid, unrestricted Singapore working rights.
• Willing to be available after hours due to 24/7 aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Local management, planning and CAMO team coordination.
• Mentor and motivate CAMO team to high standards.
• Maintenance control duties per regulations and manual.
• Maintain Aircraft Reliability Program when required.
• Prepare maintenance manuals and AMP/EML for customers.
• Perform Technical Surveys and write survey reports.
• Collate data for ops navigation apps and applications.
• Prepare maintenance reports for managed aircraft.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Create work order requests for scheduled/unplanned maintenance.
• Provide on-site oversight of MRO work as required.
• Assist in AOG events.
• Contribute to Safety Management System development and risk management.
• Pursue CAMO management opportunities; present proposals to customers.
