Job summary

Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore is seeking a C&S Design Engineer (Senior level) to oversee civil and structural coordination across design development and construction. Working week is Monday to Friday, with a salary range of SGD 6,500–8,000 per month, highly negotiable, for high-profile commercial, healthcare, industrial and data-centre projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of C&S design experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in large-scale building projects (commercial, industrial, high-rise).
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and design coordination.
• Experience in design coordination, submissions and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civil & Structural design coordination throughout the design development and construction stages.
• Review structural drawings, design calculations and technical specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, M&E teams and subcontractors to resolve design issues.
• Prepare and review technical submissions, design changes and RFIs.
• Liaise with QPs and authorities on design approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to construction teams to ensure timely delivery.
