QINGJIAN INTERNATIONAL (SOUTH PACIFIC) GROUP DEVELOPMENT CO., PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned C&S Coordinator for Singapore condominium projects.

You will coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet project requirements. The role focuses on reviewing drawings, organizing coordination meetings, monitoring submissions, and guiding on-site construction to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards for high-rise developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
At least 5 years of experience as a C&S coordinator in Singapore condominium projects.
Experience in high-rise condominium projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Review drawings, organize coordination meetings, and follow up on design changes.
Monitor submissions and progress, resolve on-site technical issues, ensure quality and safety.
Assess building materials, participate in testing and approvals, and optimize construction plans.
Ensure C&S drawings are coordinated and structural works are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Ensure compliance with authority regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
