Job summary

Sioux Singapore is expanding its software leadership as a Software Tech Lead, driving architecture, design, and implementation of equipment control software in C#. You will lead a small Scrum team, collaborate with architects, and ensure high-quality, testable code across the full stack in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role focuses on WPF/WinForm UI, hardware abstraction, SECS/GEM functionalities, and continuous delivery within Agile practices, reporting to the R&D function in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Technical background with higher education.
• Experience in semiconductor, analytical, or medical domains preferred.
• 5+ years in C# OO, and design patterns.
• Experience leading Scrum teams and requirement engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Define product architecture and drive software design.
• Develop equipment control applications in C#.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders across domains.
• Deliver testable, maintainable, and scalable software.
