Job summary

You will develop supplier strategies, negotiate terms, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

The role emphasizes supplier performance reviews, AML supplier additions, and accurate costing to reflect inventory value.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRP and supply chain optimization.
• Ability to develop supplier strategies and AML.
• Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply base and supply chain strategies tailored to customer or business unit.
• Support customer needs using standard processes; collaborate with Purchasing and SCM.
• Conduct supplier audits, visits, certifications, and performance reviews to improve the supply base.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to protect Jabil’s and customers’ interests.
• Improve sourcing options by engaging internal resources to add preferred/strategic suppliers to AML.
• Analyze and project component purchase prices reflecting inventory value in standard costing.
