Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a 1-year contract based at Kaki Bukit. You will oversee timely MRP supply, forecast and supplier deliveries to meet production schedules.

The role requires a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics with at least 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies. Salary is up to SGD 5,000 per month, with office hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar.
• 3+ years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensure supplier delivery commitments meet production requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs.
• Manage and resolve quality notification, change requests, supplier returns, good receipts and invoice discrepancies in timely manner.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures.
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
