Job summary
MILLENNIA TECH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the engineering and construction sector in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and establish strong client relationships to meet revenue targets.
The role requires leadership, strategic planning, market knowledge of Singapore’s construction sector, and a proven track record in securing new business and managing proposals and tenders.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects and potential clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, contractors and business partners.
- Source and evaluate new projects, tenders and contract opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, tender submissions and commercial presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure new contracts.
- Monitor project pipelines, sales performance and business development activities.
- Work closely with the management, project and finance teams to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare regular business development reports for senior management.
