We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth across ASEAN.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate clients across Southeast Asia. This is a dedicated hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, territory expansion, and accelerating revenue growth through strategic business development and consultative sales. Partnering with senior business leaders and decision-makers across a wide range of industries, you will uncover growth opportunities, understand evolving market challenges, and position Euromonitor's market intelligence, consumer insights, and consulting solutions as critical enablers of business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business acquisition across ASEAN, with full accountability for achieving and exceeding individual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute territory plans and account penetration strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic market mapping, and industry engagement.
• Identify and secure new logo opportunities across multiple industries in Southeast Asia markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives, C-suite stakeholders, and key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Lead complex consultative sales engagements, uncovering business priorities and aligning Euromonitor's data, insights, and consulting solutions to deliver measurable commercial value.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales activity to maximise conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights to identify emerging commercial opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Consulting, Research, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximise commercial success.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, prospecting effectiveness, and pipeline visibility.

• Right to work in Singapore
• Minimum 6+ years of successful B2B sales and business development experience, with a strong focus on enterprise new business acquisition.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and developing business across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Strong hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion capabilities.
• Experience selling consultative solutions, including market intelligence, research, data, SaaS, technology, analytics, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
• Resilient, competitive, and resourceful, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome challenges.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value propositions, ROI, and business impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English with additional Southeast Asia language (s) will be an added advantage but not essential
