Job summary

Tec-Do in Singapore is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to expand and maintain clients across global markets, focusing on gaming, entertainment, and fintech. You will craft performance advertising proposals, close deals, and drive user growth through programmatic and affiliate models.

You will analyze client needs, build growth strategies, lead cross‑functional teams, and establish efficient CRM workflows to achieve revenue targets and strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in performance advertising.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin and local language skills are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, client management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with affiliate/programmatic models and international markets.

Job description

• Expand and maintain clients across the global market, focusing on sectors like gaming, entertainment, and fintech, to deliver performance advertising solutions (programmatic/affiliate network), achieving targeted revenue goals and driving user growth.
• Analyze client needs, craft performance marketing proposals, close deals, and execute sales strategies to achieve key revenue targets and collection metrics.
• Gather market insights aligned with corporate strategy, leverage internal resources, explore new partnership channels, and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Formulate team business development strategies, breakdown quarterly and annual revenue targets, and oversee execution.
• Establish and optimize business development workflows, client relationship management (CRM) systems, and cross-team collaboration mechanisms.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in the performance advertising industry; willingness to be relocated/stationed in Europe, Southeast Asia, or other overseas markets is preferred.
• Deep understanding of affiliate/programmatic advertising business models and international advertising markets, with proven track record in team building and team management.
• Strong business negotiation and client management skills, with professional fluency in English as a working language.
• Strategic thinking and strong data analysis capabilities, capable of developing and executing business growth strategies.
• Outstanding cross-departmental coordination skills and leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and empower teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, proficiency in a relevant local language is a strong plus.
