Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Assist in analysing business processes and identifying solution requirements.
• Maintain requirements and project documentation.
• Assess the functional impact of changes to Finance applications.
• Identify user configuration requirements to support system changes.
• Review functional designs to ensure business requirements are addressed.
• Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and data.
• Execute test cases, document results and defects.
• Coordinate defect resolution and validate fixes with stakeholders.
• Support implementation and deployment activities.
• Prepare operational and project documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to production support teams.
• Provide support during post-implementation warranty period.
• Assist in investigating issues arising from changes.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Work with business users, project teams, support teams, and vendors.
