Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions, with at least 4 years of experience analyzing processes and enabling data-driven decisions.

You will play a key role in eliciting requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and supporting testing, deployment and transition to operations from our Singapore office.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience documenting requirements and user stories.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Discovery and Requirements Analysis
• Gather, analyse and document business needs, user needs, current-state and future-state processes, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users, product and project teams, engineers and vendors to clarify needs and support solution design.
• Analyse the impact of requested changes and support prioritisation and scope decisions.
• Develop and maintain process flows, data mappings, business rules, requirements documentation and supporting artefacts.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and assist with backlog refinement and sprint activities.
• Analyse business and operational data, define relevant measures and support reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Track defects, support investigation and retesting, and maintain clear evidence through resolution and closure.
• Confirm that delivered outcomes meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support deployment planning, change communications, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Support production issue analysis, post-production stabilisation and resolution of outstanding defects.
• Undertake structured handover and job-shadowing to acquire relevant system, process, vendor and stakeholder knowledge.
